Negating repetions within a journey

The uses of stepping stones with in organisations give guidance to the challenge of maturing and giving back to the community.  It matters not if this community is one of your youth or one that you choose to spend a lot of your time in as an adult.

What you have learned as a child has been consciously learned or unconsciously absorbed the principles and straggles are retained.  In times of uncertainty, decision making, stress these actions come quickly to the surface.  The predetermined actions and reactions to the current situations being based upon perched choices to different triggers.  The chosen pathway stimulating a string of events and results, which cause reactions within, cumulating into, a virtuous circle of community development.
What ever is learned as a child is (usually) repeated as an adult. Constantly conducting 'needs analysis' allows for the recognition and redirection. These evaluations leading to a balance allows for the 'Scales of Life' to be determined.  Life's journey then need not be held back or constantly have pockets of repetition occurring. Lessons need to be learned by all.

However with lessons learned, placing an old mind into a young body can be eased through emulation.  Hence the use of mentoring as benchmarks to life. The old with the young, the experienced with the apprentice using the guidelines that have been developed so that old patterns of aggression, manipulation, unsafe practices and other forms of abuse being revisited, replayed and encouraged..

Having opportunities to make life a little easier for the youth of today is a privilege (not a right) and one I am happy to be involved with. Challenging the perceived individual behaviour and performance of all concerned every participant, family member and friend as well as others within their communities.

Collaboration with different organisations allows for a diverse field of involvement with different peoples, ages, cultures, outlooks and life skills.

If I had a coach reflects Clear Vision

If every one knows you need a coach! Why have I not got one? Instead I feel like I'm blundering around trying to make sense of gobbly gook. Well it feels like it any way.

Now to the practical side of like researching how to do something is defiantly not the same as someone showing you. Asking questions of them makes life so much more easy, more fun and less stressful and time consuming.

How to get things back on line. The old pen and paper trick, connected to cut and paste then print out. I line my walls with 'bluetac' and printed paper trying to work things out. My main problem here is that in the beginning things were all over the show. Became messy easily. Now I find that things are repetitive.

But knowing that's also the way I learn then once the frustration level has lowered, the temperature has calmed down [ I've probably had a cuppa tea by now during which I'll sit outside and ponder over the work to be done...or the kitchen gets a clean out] putting the pieces together and finally learning these things is a wonderful experience.

So today I'm working on Twitter connections for the following:
