Ever felt that you are being drawn into a whirling, swirling energy force which has the power of stopping your progression - either by blocking it with obstacles seemingly to high to over come, or replacing what you actually want to do with a lesser satisfaction goal. Had to get away from with out an out of the vortex hand recharging your personal power. Thus when exercising this combined power the progress out of the negative vortex becomes less taxing. Each reward you acknowledge you gain reinforces your personal power.

WAS LIFE MEANT TO BE EASY?
Who said the the concept of business is easy? You get a bright idea, do the paper work and proceed. Think again there are all sorts of factors to think about. However to this point it is easily monitored. You may feel your can back away at any time.
How ever things move on and now you begin to get involved. Effectively the business is your baby. Your emotions, wishes, visions and motivations came into play. The world could be your oyster.
Your friends and associates are aware of what you are trying to do. You learn what I was told: Just remember that in business there are no friends. People you may associate with, work along side of, support through their trials ¦as long as your business does not suffer. After all you are in the business world to keep afloat. To be financial your business needs to make money. There should be nothing done on your side to self harm your income. What you perceive as enough, what others want you to have are two different things.
The stakeholders have an idea that they are the ones you will be financially supporting. having shareholders has a responsibility to make a profit thaty then is distrubted back to its shareholders. The Taxation Department want the 'lions' share anyway. The community lean on you to provide cash for this or that. Your friends and family believe that you have an undeniable fountain of cash trickling into your vault. Behind this all you yourself want to be paid too.
Find a mentor. Learn, read, discuss and do from your mentor. Mentoring is an old way of “placing old head on young shoulders. Guilds and trades people have had these mentoring groups for centuries. Historically families used to absorb the children's prospective / marriage partner and the in laws would teach the new member of the family the family groups dynamics, what methodology worked with whom, where the boundaries were, traditions and their part to play within that family and community group.
Today family groups are splintering. Other systems of learning and support have been created. Fore filing niches and needs as they arise. Many social networking groups have Mentor groups. Associated with Girl Guides Victoria is the Women of Note group.
Each formal or informal system has its own diverse individuality. That organisations dynamics fulfilling the human needs from survival to achievement. If that organisation does not give the consumers the knowledge of how it is fulfilling those needs then the people move on. Simply finding another organisation or somethng else to do. Lotality to one organisation, set of friends or ones co-workers is being erroded. Cover ups do not exist with the techniology that is avvailble.. Therefor bullying is being brought to the front, being caught out as a bully and this being made puclic is minimising the bullies effects. Or are they just going underground until they are caught next time?

Then let them know you exist.
Have you written anything you would like CVE4me to post for you yet. Even 200 words
will start you off. Name a blog gmail / and the type of title you want your blog to
have. At a later date when the traffic through you is enough for your blog to be
seen and recognised by it's self (or when you tell me too) then I will export and
import your blog onto your own site. Simple as that.
Meanwhile - Write what ever memories of early life and so forth. Then send them and
I would love to do the linking to other sites etc.
One of my challenges as I neared my half century was to become more technology minded, another was to get what I wanted heard out to other people, still another to share information. While i was working out how to do this I was tinkering away with the web.
Once I had discovered 'gmail' through another organisation suggesting I subscribe.I now really thank the young lady and also a mentor of mine for using 'gamil' themselves as I found this system not complicated and pretty on the eye. When I felt like a change I stumbled on how and why answers. So a visual change occurred usually with little stress and also within a moment.
Next I discovered blogs. It took me a while to work out how to do these. That there was also more than just writing something and hitting the publish key. Simple things like remembering the passwords, which email belonged to what site was fun...until I wrote it down and printed the page off. now I have it stored in excel and regularly update and print off. A copy kept, would you believe, in a non-descript folder near by in another locked room.
By budding up to an already known system (mine) is a way you get your name
recognised by authorites in subjects!!!
Further have a 'nom de plume' Facebook and twitter site that represents your
business. As a lot of people have a personal and a business face book, digg,
twitter etc site keeping things seperate makes sense.
Every post that is finished (written, linked and so forth) then gets 'shared' around
these sites. You are the author and the sharing goes through your name.
It's not the writing thats the challenge. it's the filing, indexing and linking of
the relevant information that I'm having fun with. Hence why I currently am
enjoying the down time of the taxis. I can and am spending time doing this.
Apparently business pay a lot of money for people who can do this. So my sites are
my resume.
