Oh no! I have actually begun

Computer Game ComaImage by Andrew® via Flickr
Here I am still sorting things out.  But I think I have finally managed to work things out in this jigsaw.  Even as a child I never did like the challenges of jig saws.  But I am persisting and gradually working things out as to how blogging is actually done.  Zipping from one site to another and taking you on the ride of my literary tapping's. There is a bit of the 'kid' stage still lingering in my psychic I think.

I'm taking a pause [again] to continue to link things up between everything. Starting with the 'sharing of things' with you on all the blog's pages. So there's a lot of interlinking to come as my journey into cyber space goes forth! I am expecting the best out of my self.  Computing has begun to take my brain to a new satisfaction level... even if in some people's eyes playing with blogging.

I have had an challenge to get one of these sites up to 10,000 hits per month.  Well I'm learning. He showed me a few quick things that opened my eyes. With all the experimentation that had previously been occurring  I surprised myself as I knew some of what he meant.  I drove the representative mad with ongoing questions which were answered with good grace.  Hay I found at several stages I worked out the answer before the representative got back to me... and they were pretty prompt too. Mind you when the challenge was set then the representative said they would be first in line for company sponsorship.  Interesting but that's not why I'm doing this 'blogsaw puzzle'.

I'm not going to let cyber-space beat me. I've been gradually drumming up new 'blogs' to create for other people and so far two businesses.  I want this to work! I want to have time to look at the sunset knowing that my enterprise is managing' itself'.

So please leave a comment or two that I know my message has got out there and that things here have worked there.

Thank you for this feed back.

WAS LIFE MEANT TO BE EASY?

Who said the the concept of business is easy? You get a bright idea, do the paper work and proceed. Think again there are all sorts of factors to think about. However to this point it is easily monitored. You may feel your can back away at any time.
How ever things move on and now you begin to get involved. Effectively the business is your baby. Your emotions, wishes, visions and motivations came into play. The world could be your oyster.
Your friends and associates are aware of what you are trying to do. You learn what I was told: Just remember that in business there are no friends. People you may associate with, work along side of, support through their trials ¦as long as your business does not suffer. After all you are in the business world to keep afloat. To be financial your business needs to make money. There should be nothing done on your side to self harm your income. What you perceive as enough, what others want you to have are two different things.
The stakeholders have an idea that they are the ones you will be financially supporting. having shareholders has a responsibility to make a profit thaty then is distrubted back to its shareholders. The Taxation Department want the 'lions' share anyway. The community lean on you to provide cash for this or that. Your friends and family believe that you have an undeniable fountain of cash trickling into your vault. Behind this all you yourself want to be paid too.
Find a mentor. Learn, read, discuss and do from your mentor. Mentoring is an old way of “placing old head on young shoulders. Guilds and trades people have had these mentoring groups for centuries. Historically families used to absorb the children's prospective / marriage partner and the in laws would teach the new member of the family the family groups dynamics, what methodology worked with whom, where the boundaries were, traditions and their part to play within that family and community group.

Today family groups are splintering. Other systems of learning and support have been created. Fore filing niches and needs as they arise. Many social networking groups have Mentor groups. Associated with Girl Guides Victoria is the Women of Note group.

Each formal or informal system has its own diverse individuality. That organisations dynamics fulfilling the human needs from survival to achievement. If that organisation does not give the consumers the knowledge of how it is fulfilling those needs then the people move on. Simply finding another organisation or somethng else to do.  Lotality to one organisation, set of friends or ones co-workers is being erroded.  Cover ups do not exist with the techniology that is avvailble..  Therefor bullying is being brought to the front, being caught out as a bully and this being made puclic is minimising the bullies effects.  Or are they just going underground until they are caught next time?

Creative Writing :Backwards balancing of the scales through a Clear Vision

Backwards and building on to ' balancing the scales'
In this big nation
This action comes from just one more frustration..
The economy is up the spout,
And time has just about run out.
Life is a set of checks and balances,
Cause we all cannot all live in palaces.
Just like day follows night
We are brought up ‘knowing’ what is right.
Along with these are our responsibilities
Now its to heck with your sensitivities.
Even when the pickings are slim were allowed to select our choice
After all we each have a shattered, scattered whispering voice.
Fearless we face the consequences
Why worry, as we tight rope along pulsating electric fences.
Through our lives we’re feed information,
Partaking in our community’s formation.
Safe, secure, blindfolded with our ignorance
While those who make the mess, look upon us suckers, with tolerance.
In you we believe. Foundations laid. Perceptions built with trust,
Hay look - they’re making it good out of this boom or bust.
Spend time, seek the truth
Tensions building, 'S@@t' hitting the roof.
We believe looking after you family is our commitment,
When, really, the tide is turning and your lead are stuck in cement.
Sorry. Now what did you say about obligation
Towards that unborn generation from what left of this, our great Nation.
