- Employment figures to increase.
- Females cost less to employ therefore make that 5 new teachers for 2 older steadier teachers with proven professional and classroom managerial standards.
- New teachers have no proven structure as new structure has just been implemented. Not yet stood test of time. Government reform of education easier to bring change through.
Pity the teachers going are from baby boomer time. Most may have already taken the 54.11 package - expecting the bench marked contract for reduced hours next year. The Government, having increased the retirement age to 65, now has excess of 'baby boomers' going to Center link for Governmental assistance.
Does the understand that some of these people went to Vietnam, others brought in radical changes? The 'tail end' of the Baby Boomers are living change factors who have survived the reshaping of Australian culture, economics, wild fires, injustices and policies. Australian Government gets out of paying retirement allocations. Governments are master strategist's. Longer term planners who know how to manipulate the public mind, collectively underscoring and cheering those who appear to not support and convert for them.

Does the Australian Government think they can cover the disillusionment up over the next few months holiday leave time? Has the Government thought what happens when people become aware that they have been duped with " Happy holidays, we thought you could use some time off, by the was your fired!"
