A copy of letter that has long term plans enclosed.

Yes I have interest in the above.  Probably starting with both the small business/ cert 4 in coaching level.  Have to prioritise a few things at this moment of my life. So study will be taking a back step for a few months.  Keep me informed.  There is also a course of Diploma [later at degree level]  for work place training and assessment I will be doing.

I have learned to do the Certs before the higher levels as a good basis knowledge level as people do not recognise Current competencies or Prior learning.  Generally people still want to know what certification of Qualifications on has. So having a Post Grad cert in Rural and regional Community Development is practically worth zilch in a start off point.

The driving force has come about mainly through experiencing a head injury with complete loss of 31 yrs of memories. The last 19 years of my life are valuable and I am passing on a lot of knowledge from unique point of view (apparently).

What I am currently doing is taxi driving.  This has a lot of down time...sitting twiddling brain cells!!!  Found out about bogging.  Have found I have so much to record [ over 50 years of District Girl Guide bits for instance.]  This lead to creating of blocs so that information for newer generations is available easily... before the info is lost in fires or memories.

I then started my own blogs.  Hyper linking is fun I found.  Am setting up a record system and want to incorporate what I want to study with counselloring on line.  Through memories of bloggers if this makes sense {cents too would be helpful]  So to  would more information only gained by study.

With this synopsis in view I believe that that your courses will advance my vision.  Do you agree?

This in mind I will be:
*Purchasing a new computer system and soft wear in the next few weeks.
* Saving up for a couple of small blog page courses. One on the Google and the other on the Word Press.,
* Completing your Certificate III and Certificate IV life skill counselloring course.
* Then your small business course.
* Moving into the Diploma of Work place and Assessment course [ from another education supplier]
completing my Diploma in life skills coaching.
* Coming back to do higher levels of life coaching through you.

Long term plan includes:

* Complementing this with a Degree level course of Workplace training and assessment.

All the while working on my blogs which feed into the web page I have.  Very small stuff at the moment but this is my medium term [five year] plan.

All these are balancing on what is found when they do the ct scan I told you about.

Focusing on 'U'

Ever feel that you're "exposed in a fish bowl"?  What do you do? How do you cope? Why have you frozen? Where's the remote to close the curtains and douse the lights? Developing the 'self' ultimately means putting yourself forward, accepting that the focus will be on you - effectively at times 'exposing' yourself.

Frightening is it not?

Developing tolerance factors to ensure your safe passage is an art. Be creative. Accept the focus and appreciate the accolades.

Life like bleeding hand.Situations always present themselves.  It's the knowing who you are, what you bring to these situations, along with a need to know that will get you through.

Reflect and evaluate on where you have come from, where you are going, what stepping stones and hanging branches you can grab hold of along your journey. Obstacles are movable or negotiable.  If you feel that you cannot go around it, dig under, use a ladder, and fly a plane... even jungle swing around it before your really stuck ask someone for help.  It's always there. Sometimes we just forget what we are asking for as the echoes of our past catch up to us all.

Encourage yourself, and be encouraged by others, to examine what your purposes are. Give your self pep talks.  Grab hold of a 'mantra' - repeat it often.  Face your fears.  You will find that by facing your fears others will copy and begin to want to face thires. The others will try to hold you back.  When this happens realise what is happening in the situation.  Also realise that when you choose to move on those around you will either change or start feeling they too will now have to run and keep up. Or, they may choose to stay behind that comfy wall - never realising it is really a negative, destructive wall of fear.

As with life there is no single way of changing what we are doing, and what we as individuals are capable of.  It is your right and responsibility to shape your own change acceptance.  Just be prepared and comfortable doing so.

Reshaping the way you think.

Be it as a group or an individual, when a decision is made, a spark is struck and decisions made nothing is ever, or will ever be the same again. A journey of discovery has began. The waters of time [ and change] flow on around us.

Once each person realises that the world that has shaped their comfort zone has intruded, challenging the naivety and alerting our defence mechanisms, one of two things will happen. Either the walls to our comfort zones inhabited will to be reshocked. Until the next time made to withstand a grater impact. Thereby protecting from realities whilst hindering our growth potentials. Or, work to expand the comfort zone will begin. The impetuous and gravity of the developing expansions made to accommodate the new growth potential desired.

With the first decision is do you make a decision? Or just be comfortable watching life go by. Your life. If a decision is or is not made then to find a groupthat will support your decision will be one of your next decisions. The groups may be government supported and funded right down to your inner self repeating often enough that is comfortable and there is no reason to move from here. To move at all would disturb the dust mite generations which would alter the cobweb caring capacity. Life in the comfort zone is cushy for the lazy, self absorbed, comfortable inner self. Why stress yourself? Why invite pain?

The second decision gives each persons key to change acceptance. Change per say, will be uncomfortable at the best of times. People anticipate fear and loneliness. Both fear and loneliness will drive people to hunt out others going through the same change levels, or they will find and stay with a new group that has dropped out of the discoveries. Together a new comfort zone has been developed. The fear of success comfort zone.

Hunting for a group that has similar change values and expectations as your own is helpful to the alteration and acceptance of expanding your own comfort zone. Finding other who also has the same key to change acceptance. In Journeys to Justice P Hunt observes that to operate inside a comfort zone. ...outside it we feel uncomfortable. And that we Make decisions based on the confines of that comfortable space. Our inner self does not like to be exposed.

The variety, depth and level of help groups are diverse and all encompassing. Once a new comfort zone has been entered into, adjusted and reshaped our inner self settles down. Re-establishes boundaries once again. For a while we have that new identity.

Actually if the inner self was feminie it would have gone on a massive shopping spree, gathering a new identity. A bit like purchasing a new wardrobe, accessories, pots, pans and accessories. Space and time in short bursts is needed to rearrange the furniture, try on the new clothes, mix and match and invite in friends. Gotta do this again soon, and again. So time is wasted, and the journey for change is hijacked, delayed or simply put on hold. Until next time. Change is not only brought into a widening comfort zone. Old habits, acceptances, methods and views, of both ourselves, and the world we like in, have to be reshaped. At times throwing out the old for the new is painful. The old representing an established, familiar, comfortable identity and security level. New things bring fear of the unknown.

Change is inevitable. Its how each of us copes with the past changes, and the inner self, that allows the next comfort zone challenges to take place at all let alone the length and breath of change that will occur.

As Philip Hunt states "Travel has reshaped the way I think and experience the world"

TO HAVE TIME FOR THE SUNRISE

The following uses simple generic examples to explain and reiterate examples from you everyday everyday life with the view of introducing, incorporating, then expanding on time management.

When you see each mornings sunrise do you want to be there for the evenings sunset? Have you ever then set aside time to witness the sunset?  Or the other way around.  Did you stop to think that by seeing one, then having the desire to see another, you were in management training? Every day in every way there are 'things' that we are shown how to do as we are being taught how to do various skills.  This method of passing on knowledge is agetting the job done with collabrative digging 'show and tell' method.   How each person absorbs these lessons, the reactions to both the lessons, the choices made and the learning is important  in that the basis of the cultural morals, ethics and values are entrenched and reinforced through many people of different ages, cultures, abilities and generations. Different ages have different learning and comprehensition abilities and curiously bounds. So too does the level of previous learning, along with the current competence at the skill. The understanding of what the skill entails, how the having of or using the skills affect yourself and, among other things the immediate environment, culture, socio-economics, health and wellbeing, power basis issues as well as other factors, the building up of resilience factors has a significant impact and roles to play.

Which path to chose fromIn themselves both the teaching and learning factors are altered to suit the learners challenges as well as the 'teachers' abilities. However just the learning of the skill and the showing of that skill to be learned is not enough.  Being competent in the skills associated with the training is not enough either, nor is an understanding of the changefactors associated with the skills aquisition, as many times the time management factors are not recognized, developed or intergrated through out the passing on of the skills learned. Incorporating these new time management skills into our daily lives is a leap of faith in not only ourselves by in our position within our community.

When you are shown something a bench mark has come to your attention.  The safety benchmark may be how to hold the tool safety so that damage to you, others, the tools or the objector does not occur.  Should damage occur then the damage is minimized as in when the work area is clean and tidy.    You either understand or are informed on theat there are standards to be met.  Be they standards of - behavior, Occupational Health and Safety, moniterary gain, health safety, social interaction, skills practice, communication and so on.

Seeing the sunset is a visual outcome from an objective. The beauty of the sunrise, coupled with the waking of the earth around you may be a catalist for change.  Trigger factors may be of a personal nature.  A comment, a finacial situation, natural disaeters, the victim reasisation are only a few would be trigger factors that trigger of catalysts. So watching a sunrise might bring you a dopeamine chemical release in the brain. The hormone Dopeimine bringing you a feeling of wellness, peace and harmony. A bit like opening a fridge door and finding a cold piece of left over pizza.  You eat that pizza piece.   Ahhh rush of satisfaction.

Marking the time in between sunrise, sunset, sunrise and the next sun set with positive, constructive objectives is the basis of time management.

The time management involves focusing on one goal. Subdivided into short, medium or long term reachable primary goals and objectives. The actual time frames are what you set. Time management is the  building of foundation guidelines with which to work within. Using the sunrise to sunset model these hours can easily further subdivided again or extended to see the next sun set seven days away. To some getting through just the next five minutes is a long time management scale. To other factoring into the day periods of relation, sharing time, work time and family time is a necessity. The desire to have and to organize these times is basic time management.

With that time management objective satisfied have another objective or two to keep you going. Example: you have a dentist appointment. Decisionmade - you made this appointment months ago. As you approach the reception desk your time period has shortened. It shortens still further sitting in the dentist chair! Ever fixed your sites on ...'when this ....is over i'll..." thats a short term goal in an altered time management spectrum. Wow. That's it. Yes. Time management is as simple or as complex as you make it be.

Using the same dentist example. Say as you are going into the dental chair and an urgent event is phoned to you. You have the choice. Finish at the dentist or appologize, free up the dentists time and reschedule the appointment. This is just a rescheduling of priorities within your time management plan. You time managing or rescheduling all day everyday.  Now there is a name for why you may feel so hasselled.  Besides 'just getting through the day"

Working out what guidelines you take to see your orginial visual objective (the sunrise - sunset) are your straegies. Growing vegetables reduces stress. You might have a rest and relaxation straegie, fitting the dentist in to your day would be a health care strategie. Shopping, growing a garden / produce and deciding on what to make to eat, food preparation relate to a fiscal (money) strategy.

Wondering what could go wrong in your day, working out what you would do if ... presented itself you are working on your risk analysis plan.

As they events in your day occur [or don't] these are outcomes.

Outcomes get evaluated. When next time your goal is to view another sunset the position may have changed.  What if you viewed the sunrise from a front porch chair.  Sunsets are on the other side of the house.  Oops you may miss the sunset if you don't move the chair around the other side of the house.  [Risk analysis not seeing the sun set.]  Stratagies for seeing the sunset... a) have self in correct area  b)with the correct equipment in working order and in place c) at the correct time of day! What if natural disasters hinder the viewing of that sunset?

Wow was that a great sunset is an evaluation.  Rcognizing the need for there being the need for more iced water is an evaluation.  The recognition of the need to have a greater quaniiy of ice available is both an evaluation and an objective.

The sun set begins at ** time and sets at ** time tonight is a time management skill, which in turn means that you will are aware of what time to be there.  This allocation of a time tol be there is an objective. The running out of time to fill the car with gas/petrol is a time management issue.  The car will have petrol to get me back here is an objective. The car will be filled with gas by **  time is an objective and a time management issue.

See, you are doing these positive steps all the time. Not only that you are adding to your time management skill with growing understanding and competence all the time. When there are other people with you at the time these time management decisions are made you are passing on the skills and they are subconsciously learning the 'scales of life'.

In the beginning of your new day you started out looking at the sunrise and wondering about the next sunset. curiosity opens a whole new world Curiosity is a wonderful thing.  There are many paths through our curiosity.  As people grow up and the pressures to confort are leached and absorded into our systems and routines the need to get through another time from a place us in time constraints.  Curiosity is pushed by the wayside. Life becomes mandain and there is a 'wonder' of where' it' has gone. Just that now constant niggly feeling that there is something missing.  When the 'wonder' is acknowldeged the curiosity factor may rear its head. Simply opening our eyes causes curiosity factors to act as a catalyst.  Fear of change / not conforming may nip at or tails.

When fear catches up with you - figuritively bittting you on your rear end- there is a definate decision to be made.  Decisiions are scary things.  Decision mean you have to make your mind up.  Every decision alters the scale of your life path. Decisions lead into the path of the unknown.  Fear is pain.  The brain has been taught not to experiance fear.  The fear results in pain cycle traps you. You know that when you open the door to your curiosity the 'it' will begin to seep in and spring clean.  Peace will not rain any more. What use to be comfortable and fit snuggly  just is out of sorts.  You view every thing with a 'tainted' clear vision.

Closing the door on curiosity once there is a crack in the wall of resistance to change just about is impossible. Even the depression of our daily mundanine lives just is not the same.

The brain believes everything that has been subconsciusly planted there. Change is dangerous. Change requires behavior modification. Therefore change is dangerous.Taking time for your self is not allowed.  Panic, be depressed, fear change cause everyone else you know does. So to remain the same as everyone else, the taking time to view a sunrise is dangerous However once the sunrise is viewed. You wonder what the sunset is like tonight.  There you have  your vision for the day.

Mission Statement support the Vision you have through short outlining of just how you choose to achieve this Vision. Having a mission is like saying to yourself  'I will view tonights sunset by being here to see it'.  A very specific sentance giving an overview of the vision.

Having a vision, developing your strategies to support the achievement of your vision, working out the objectives and noting the outcome actually reflects what your personal morals, ethics, and values are. If you are unsatisfied with what and who you are you will not progress through your life path.  Life will keep you returning to the same or similar situations not of your choice until the lessons from that situation are learned, pacticed and worked through.  Once the' blocks' are tackled the mountains of depression are able to be overcome.  Why?  Cause your curiosity has already cracked and exposed you for who you are not what you thought you were.  Thus you have an informed choice of the vision you yourself want to become.

What many people refuse to note is that the changes around person inverabilby made the life that is lead unable to be static.  Each person and their individual reactions too, and associated learning adjustments from what 'life' has thrown to you makes you a constant 'work in progress'. When you are ready you will move toward your life Vision gaining confidence, ability and the life skills you require to achieve your vision. The threat of change occurring or as the change occurs may bring to the forefront other issues within your life. The mountains of depression and rivers of thick sticky life sucking self pity are now a flatter landscape.  Simply cause the bulldozer of self preservation driven by curiosity and a "I can do it' has turned into a 'follow me if you can cause I'm out front.  I'm moving forward."

In turn, the brining other people together having one voice, a place to air their beliefs, or to enjoy the group gathering is a learned time management skill involving social skills development. The choosing of the appropriate place and guest list in which to to have this skill most appreciated is an art form in itself. having what is construed as being inappriote at this time. Thus having negative influences within a setting causes disharmony in the social setting. Disharmony is a pain influence. Also a teaching aid.  People avoid pain.  The pain avoidance is a primary brain survival mechanism  The creating a risk analysis covers what emergency diversion steps to take. Should you want to encourage people to keep coming back to your place to watch the sunset disharmony within the setting will be avoided.  Either that or people will do two things.  Get rid of the negative influences or not return to the seen of disharmony.

People are 'pack'animals.  Each person seeking to be recognised and approved within a group or many groups. Obtaining the desired reaction sequences People heed the loudest voices.to their own life choices made adds 'value' statements to their own lives. Basic identity questions can then be made by others.  The answering of which allows for room either to be made or exclusion to exist. The primary brains effect on each persons life is the safety of and to protect - them self, family and chosen community. The active participation to develop within these areas involved conscious decisions.

How these decisions impact with other belief factors involving the self/ family/ group sphere is based on the depth of each persons individual values, ethics and morals of all three areas.  The ethics, morals and values being major time management vortex's within each person. The associated reactions, acceptance and rejections of any life changing influences [skills gained and competency levels).  In the early 1970's many people  with strong faith beliefs may have been influenced at the time of credit card development that computers signified the begining of end of the world. Therefore to hold and overcome these belief concepts that enable competency in computer skills and use would mean to evade and devalue that deep seated set of intermingling beliefs.

Then came a further development - the internet and associated means of communication. In Australia every person now has the ability to access the internet let alone a computer. Many family units have these within easy reach. Communication technology.Still more have both in their individual mobile phones.  Technology has been incorporated within every corner of each persons individual life.  While working on the computer some people now set their phone alarm to remind them that the pot boiling the egg on the stove needs to be turned off. besides hunger there are occupational health and safety issues of potential fire warning.  Australia has set up through the mobile phone systems natural emergency warning devises after the February 2009 'Black Saturday' fires. Most Australians have had to learn new skills in order to successfully intergreat new time management skills into their daily  lives. Being an Australian is part of being a member of a developing ever changing community.

As pack animals pain there is a belief that pain can be recognized and avoided through team work. Team development causes solidarity and a protective buffer zone. A strong team will influence or crush other teams. Hence why change factors are strongly resisted. Successful time management involves change. Thus pain is either a stimulation to effective time management or a strong negative vortex that strengthens the barrier to successful time management. Whether the recognition is as an isolated individual doing their own thing, or as a group, team or family member, joining into various groups or teams depends on how that person want to be viewed.  Individuals within a group can be tolerated.  Stand alone individual are removed for the perceived safety of that group.

Congradulate yourself. Keep moving towards those sunsets and early morning sunrises.  They are terrific are they not! And there are plenty of others watching them with you, supporting you in arriving on the pathway of life.

Happy Journeys and successful time management.

OUCH

Accidental learning may have a quick upfront peak as happening time frame becomes an immediate learning beginning. Why is this so?

When the pain receptors within our brain go 'ouch' a rcognition of what causes that pain to be recognised as such may be confused at first.  Until sorted out people may ignore situations that are building pressure up, or go on doing things until something gives.  From that point of facing what actually caused the pain accidental learning has had an impact.

What is done with this leaning procedure is now important. The beliefs of who we are, where we are going and how we will achieve what we want to achieve comes into play.

Knowledge is to be built up block by block.

As we gain experience questions and then expectations come into play. Do we  don't we? Will it hurt, why it won't hurt? Even older till momentarily stopping to consider, then monitor the benefits or pain thresh hold. So many externals threaten to remove us from our natural born curiosity.
When we are shown how things work, fit together or interlink knowledge is shared. Little steps in the overall learning feel like monstrous leaps. Knowledge if then added, practiced and added again.

Minds are like containers to be filled. Children's minds are sponges just soaking up everything. Every movement, gesture, actions along with reactions is subconsciously stored. External factors, cultural inferences and limitations imposed subliminally held on to. Everything is black and white one can or can't will or won't. Filtering of knowledge greatly affects what life, its possibilities and opportunities are seen to be.

Having gray areas in our knowledge bases means we have not finished learning yet. But, having no gray areas, other than black or white, fact or not fact, are learned processes. Where children have sponge like minds questiong and probing others known assumptions with why's, how's, what's where and whens adult minds have narrowed in focus. Adults minds have found what they are comfortable focusing on and will allow themselves tob be trained along this line. Other information is known but no longer explored in depth.

Curiosity with water play
Keeping hold of tunnel vision limits our knowledge gain factors. Acceptance of tunnel vision is equivilant to imposing an acceptance where no change is possible theory. There being no curiosity factors operational inherently causes problems in accepting possible challenges that allow for a possible change is view. Curiosity allows for gray areas, leading to change patterns occuring. The replacement of curiosity with known knowledge and facts places many unforseen limitations of a mind that is questing for fulfilment. Unforseen limitation seriously discturb the self image each person has of who they are. Fear of the unknown leads steps in. Leading to difficulties of to how to behave, communicate or even react in the now changed situations.  Previous knowledge gained early in life is now a basis filtered reaction to danger recognignition. Regression to where a person 'has a hold' on themselves restablishes balance and security.  From this point curiousity will either take over and the mind begin to expand again, or the situation will be left behind, ignored or removed. Tunnel vision kept behind a false sence of security.

In the quest for knowledge the learning processes are never the same for everyone. The gaining of knowledge should have an overall objective. Weather the objective is to finish reading the book, knocking down the blocks or gaining a pass objectives are something to have as a reflective bench mark in which to measure outcomes.

The effect of learning objectives kept simple allows more people see how and what is expected of them. This knowledge is then directly linked to what needs to be done. The more people feel ownership the greater engages, inclusive and focused they become. Working as part of a team to achieve something implants anIntrinsic knowledge of group dynamics that learning directly for knowledge sake forsakes.

Creative networks assist in nurturing attitudes and cultures are encountered when reaching out for knowledge the developing of values, ethics, morals and codes of behaviour. Early in life these are based through environments close to home - the care givers, their friends, activites, place of residence, educational venues, social circles and so forth. Life is a journey where one gets what one puts into it. Early in childhood these familiar circles are expanding, changing but still important as a foundation for which each of us use to make our own decisions about our own journey's ride. However the mode of transportation, our rest stops, fillups or brakedowns along this journey are influenced by our gain and use of our knowldge basis's.

The influence of mentors to emulate with creates core values. Peers create a sense of belonging as initially where ever they go and in what ever they do you to will be influenced.
Together the networks, mentors, peers create a learning environment that has
Either positive or negative influence on ones life. Impacting on the integrity and ethics of future choices to be made. Thus, enhancing the quality, quality and retention of knowledge and skills for the rest the rest of your life. At times overshadowing family, work, contribution, friends, personal growth, and so on.

Strategies towards implementing overall learning processes are put in place to create positive structures for the learning process to gain momentum.  Like our changing circumstances the strategies need to be updated, implemented, evaluated and refreshed to meet new demands made on all of us. With out the minds gaining of knowledge stratagy basis maintained the quest, retrieval and methodology of gaining new knowledge, then exploring and exploiting of this new knowledge is lost. The over all impact of having an outdated recording and retrieval system within our minds is equivalent to not learning how to use and using a computer in todays technological influenced world.  Your mind has tunnel vision and you have just been left behind.

Journey travelling opens minds to new knowledgeBuilding achievable stepping stones into a learning process emphasises that there is always more knowledge out there. By not limiting the paths of curiosity, but allowing safety barriers to be erected along the pathway towards gaining knowledge is a caring attitude towards the minds health.

Being exposed to family and group dynamics, having something to aim for, gaining the respect of yourself, while carefully choosing your peers, builds in each of us a knowledge base that is the foundation for all other knowledge later interned within our mind. Weather we use this knowledge, utilize our life skills to the gain more acceptability within our selves is up to each intervals as they see fit given the circumstances present at that time of the persons life.

FACE PAINTING MODULE

Face Painting is fun and profitable.  These canvases are individual and washable.  Consumers recognize you at different events and come back for more.
Being an artist who paints mobile canvas's [faces] I have heard all the negatives. As a genre, face painting is often overlooked, down graded as a party thing, a temporary tattoos equivalent and something for the kids. Leave the negatives alone. Let other people have their beliefs. When they see what you are capable of, they will come back. Enjoy this moment.

TAKE UP THE OPPORTUNITY

Well here's the story so far........

For days that annoying little voice kept prompting me. You know the one!

Over the last twenty (something) years I have dabbled with a) painting faces, b) tying balloons. So when that little voice began yelling at me to hunt out the face painting kit I tried to ignore it. How did I know what path I would soon be jumping onto? Did I rush to do this then? Well let me tell you I have now.

As it turned out I was to travel down to Melbourne, Australia with a consumer for a medical appointment. At the end of this we were to return home. But the friend of, and the consumer, wanted afternoon tea before saying good bye. They were dropped off and I parked the car. When walking back to the cafe I happened upon a small counter display of Acrylic paints. How I saw this display I've yet to work out. I went in to the shop and spoke to Bee.

The upshot of the discussion had me travelling back to Melbourne on the 21st September 2009. Bee [of Be Gossip] and I arranged for face painting to be available outside Be Gossip as the crowds walk past to get into the Grand Final of the 2009 Footy season.

Important aspects of community development are to do the back ground work. Bringing forth and include life skills of all the participants is necessary.Tapping into each participants desire to learn more, do more, see more is another necessary step. To have fun and be creative is a key factor.

Be and I have knotted out the main aspects of the day. I have two days to sort out a window display re advertising and costs. They face paints are update [ yes I did listen in that I left money to actually purchase more face paints] The car has been purchased, has a road worthy and is registered.Parking will be sorted out on the day. Staff have been found for the face painting, photo taking, Girl Guide Biscuit selling, crowd control, food requirements of staff etc. Face painting skills and tricks will be updated.

I am bringing a Monash Art student down and a Compass Award participant. Both are increasing their skills levels. Both will be having a time of their life as they quickly put the face-painting training into practice.

Bee knows two teenagers who will assist as well. All of the teens are computer savy. So the snapping of people's faces, their friendships, rivalries and their face paintings, then the creating of scrap book pages, and emailing these photos should be a challenging activity for them to keep occupied with.

All that remains is the weather. And that I have no control over. But should the opportunity present itself please take the opportunity to come, visit and experience.

Negating repetions within a journey

The uses of stepping stones with in organisations give guidance to the challenge of maturing and giving back to the community.  It matters not if this community is one of your youth or one that you choose to spend a lot of your time in as an adult.

What you have learned as a child has been consciously learned or unconsciously absorbed the principles and straggles are retained.  In times of uncertainty, decision making, stress these actions come quickly to the surface.  The predetermined actions and reactions to the current situations being based upon perched choices to different triggers.  The chosen pathway stimulating a string of events and results, which cause reactions within, cumulating into, a virtuous circle of community development.
What ever is learned as a child is (usually) repeated as an adult. Constantly conducting 'needs analysis' allows for the recognition and redirection. These evaluations leading to a balance allows for the 'Scales of Life' to be determined.  Life's journey then need not be held back or constantly have pockets of repetition occurring. Lessons need to be learned by all.

However with lessons learned, placing an old mind into a young body can be eased through emulation.  Hence the use of mentoring as benchmarks to life. The old with the young, the experienced with the apprentice using the guidelines that have been developed so that old patterns of aggression, manipulation, unsafe practices and other forms of abuse being revisited, replayed and encouraged..

Having opportunities to make life a little easier for the youth of today is a privilege (not a right) and one I am happy to be involved with. Challenging the perceived individual behaviour and performance of all concerned every participant, family member and friend as well as others within their communities.

Collaboration with different organisations allows for a diverse field of involvement with different peoples, ages, cultures, outlooks and life skills.

From the idea to group dynamics.

The concept of business is easy. You get a bright idea,

do the paper work and proceed. Think again. To this point it is easily monitored. You feel you can back away at any time.

How ever now you begin to get involved. Effectively the business is your baby. Your emotions, wishes, visions and motivations came into play. The world could be your oyster.

Your friends and associates are aware of what you are trying to do. You learn what I was told:” Just remember that in business there are no friends”.People you may associate with, work along side of, support through their trials…as long as your business doe not suffer. After all you are in the business world to keep afloat. To be financial your business needs to make money. What you perceive as enough, what others want you to have are two different things.

The stakeholders have an idea that they are the ones you will be financially supporting. having shareholders has a responsibility to make a profit thaty then is distrubted back to its shareholders. The Taxation Department want the 'lions' share anyway. The community lean on you to provide cash for this or that. Your friends and family believe that you have an undeniable fountain of cash trickling into your vault. Behind this all you yourself want to be paid too.

Find a mentor. Learn, read, discuss and do from your mentor. Mentoring is an old way of “placing old head on young shoulders”. Guilds and trades people have had these mentoring groups for centuries. Historically families used to absorb the children’s prospective / marriage partner and the in laws would teach the new member of the family the family groups dynamics, what methodology worked with whom, where the boundaries were, traditions and their part to play within that family and community group.

Today family groups are splintering. Other systems of learning and support have been created. Fore filing niches and needs as they arise. Many social networking groups have Mentor groups. Associated with Girl Guides Victoria is the “Women of Note” group.

Each formal or informal system has its own diverse individuality. That organisations dynamics fulfilling the human needs from survival to achievement. If that organisation does not give the consumers the knowledge of how it is fulfilling those needs then the people move on. Simply finding another organisation.
