When I read a Linked In profile I just loved the refreshing comment re I help people... In a few words this said it all.  The flow on effect tickled my mind.  Could I sum up what 'cve4me' did in as few words as possible?

• At a basic level -   
•    cve4me challenges people to collectively build social communities.
• Personalised -
• Recognition of success levels - intangible and tangible- being achieved, bench marked and moved on from
• Rational -    
•    Change occurs as people are doing this making way for a progression of new experiences, challenges while a greater wholelistic wellness level is achieved.
• Continuance factor - 
• A platform for further change is 'allowed' to form under both themselves as well as the gommunity group that they are within.
• When ready people have the choice to be supported while independently branching out - further developing areas in their lives at their own pace.

By saying this he implies that..

When interviewed by the press most people offer statements alluding to the other person primarily being at fault.  At that point the interviewer has an 'open gate' to ask more questions, such as how so?, who did what?, who do you think that?, designed to put the interviewee on the defensive. To justify their beliefs, unresolved issues, actions and reactions. Once this process of condemning and justifying begins, the person interviewed is open to all sorts of allegations from lying to slander and making false statements. 

Often the open statements isolate the interviewee as the trust factors associated with having friends and associates close by is irrevocably damaged.  People do not like being associated with what appears to be the 'blame game' - other wise known as guilt by association - or 'being seen as having a social conscience'.

In an interview with the ABC [radio (aired 22nd December 2010)] Julian Assage states that "I am a Gentleman... Gentlemen do not tell..."  Later the statement continues " ...I learned from my father."  These seeming passive statements are innocuous in what they actually do say. Hearing one thing and actually consciously listening to what is said requires selected thinking capacities.  people become immune to think past what is actually said.  However their subconscious hears and records.  The subconscious does not recognise negatives.  Therefore by stating positive, about himself, people hear this and therefore begin to believe and think these positives - in this case Julian Assage is a gentleman who learned from his father how to behave.

 In a time where there is a) great religious unrest while b) Different religions holy days [third week of December] the sentence has religious meaning to a great number of people from many cultures. 


Generally people know the Internet as being ten years old. By aligning himself with the Internet Julian Assage is associated with a youthful facade. From a young 'home grown Queensland Aussie grown kid' Julian Assage has become the international figure head who took his finger out of the proverbial 'dyke' - letting information flood out in a fashion that the public has claimed that information as being their own. The public feel that they place the people in power. Therefore they, the public, own the information. 

Equally, group safety takes precedence over individual privacy. In this case has Julian Assage realised these documents 'for the greater good of all'? The question arises when people associate the nature of their every day activities with their immediate comfort and safety needs being met. When people are rattled they look for the cause.  An individual seemingly alone is fair game to tear apart until the status qua is reestablished.  As 'dyke' wall let first a trickle of water come through, the blame game was used.  Mud was slug from one minister to another.  The press had a field day.  President Obama appeared to stand by his belief in the 'freedom of the press.' Initially being laughed and geared at.

However, the water has not receded as more information jets brake through hidden dyke structures.  More information keeps being released. Ministers, governments, business all over the world are having to bring in damage control.

Meanwhile while the people concentrate on meeting their daily needs those we are lead to believe are in power [Government] get embarrassed and have to begin to sort the mess out. 

 The thing is where are the morals and ethics in all this.  Have the morals and ethics of each society changed? Is everyone up to date with the 'look the other way/do nothing yet' inoculations. Do we finger point and say "they made the mess let them clean it up?"   Let the 'someone else' do it again.  with our were busy celebrating, so it will all blow over or we'll complain in a few months, when and if the whole incident is still prominent. Which is possibly why there are allegations of a sexual nature laid. After all, SEX SELLS! People may not remember the reasons why behind the 'fuss' but they will remember the name and the implied 'where there is smoke their may be flames - that is an implied guilty til proven innocent way that mistrust of a fellow human being occurs. Since we mistrust that person and isolate them then as humans we believe we are safe to go on with our daily lives. Things won't have changed that much... will they?  Yes they will have.  And the dance of life goes on.


The statements openly portray a closed mouth policy - innocently implicating no one.  However think about them.  By saying 'He is a gentleman - what are the ladies concerned alluded as? If one is good the other is___!  Especially since the allegations the interviewee is up against are supposedly of a sexual nature. 

The further implication is of a darker sexual nature.  If this is so then subconsciously our brains ask 'what are these ladies normal life like?'  One side saying that what occurred was a "gift from the women concerned" while the other side seems like a colluding fabrication of two people who have tried to tell a bigger and better story.  Repeated often enough and the story tellers begin to believe that the initial incident is now a 'whale of a tale' that needs to be told. 

The reference to 'learning from his father' initially begs the question" well what else is learned from father to son. many people are fathers out there who want to believe that what they install in their children at an early age will be with that child all their life, guiding the child as a man.

Since people do not like to remember the often harsh and disciplinary times of growing up, our brains automatically start to block what in our own lives are ugly realities.  Why revisit and open the door to our own pain triggers- just accept them and ask minimal questions.  What is happening here is there is a further subliminal reference to the 'old boy's network'.  Elder acceptance that causes a bonding together from fear of exposure.  Not speaking out and defending yourself makes you one of 'them' the socially accepted. Publicly portrayed as one party appearing to hold true to the established morals and ethics - the other party disgraced itself thus minimising their importance.

The 'in' crowd isolates the whistle blowers - quietly associates a "Judas factor ' with them. Their identities known and reputation in shreds the question that begs to be asked is 'have the tables been turned'?  The initial wiki leaks release of documents from the world over focused the worlds attention on the 'bad naughty boy... fancy telling a secret [ or a few thousand of them backed up with proof!!  The situation now has two women in the lime light. These women have a 'friend' informing the other side as to what may [I say may have as I was not there] have happened, what was said and who said what as to the development of the 'facts' reported in the same interview on ABC 22nd December 2010.  Where one parties friends are supporting them the other parties friend is telling on them.  This in it self requires us all to look deeper and to further ask more questions.

At this point the greater wiki leaks issue begins to dissipate.  The scenario now looks like one Government fighting another.  History points to a 'Tax on Tea war' association.  Something a Tea Party would greatly enjoy benefiting from! 

Using an old saying " the cat is amongst the pidgin's now" and the "fur is flying" is appropriate.  Will we ever really know the truth?  Does knowing the truth, the whole truth matter?  Has time softened our shock and will it lessen our interest, numb the pain and heighten the 'what is normal' thresholds that we collectively have on life?  Are the history books now being rewritten. Will our children see life as we knew it? Do we really care? Let someone else deal with it .

What started out as shock wave therapy for the betterment of all peoples has become a blame game.  Something that generally no one really wants to be apart of. By this stage each person will have formed their own opinions.  Newsflash... As we wait for the next installment does a little thing like truth really matter?  The whole  situations entertainment value is immediate.

How Governments look good while creating missery!

Keeping in mind there are more than two sides to every story I heard that all levels of the education sector in Australia has been loosing many professional. Appears the 2 for one approach re employment [this time with teachers] is happening- that is get rid of 1 and hire two new ones. Thus the Government hides behind Statistics. ignore the following as it causes-

• Employment figures to increase.
• Females cost less to employ therefore make that 5 new teachers for 2 older steadier teachers with proven professional and classroom managerial standards.
• New teachers have no proven structure as new structure has just been implemented.  Not yet stood test of time.  Government reform of education easier to bring change through.

Pity the teachers going are from baby boomer time. Most may have already taken the 54.11 package - expecting the bench marked contract for reduced hours next year. The Government, having increased the retirement age to 65, now has excess of 'baby boomers' going to Center link for Governmental assistance.

Does the understand that some of these people went to Vietnam, others brought in radical changes?  The 'tail end' of the Baby Boomers are living change factors who have survived the reshaping of Australian culture, economics, wild fires, injustices and policies. Australian Government gets out of paying retirement allocations. Governments are master strategist's.  Longer term planners who know how to manipulate the public mind, collectively underscoring and cheering those who appear to not support and convert for them.

Go on ask your self what would you do?  Then talk to your Friends.  Get back to us with your answers.  Begin by showing others this post. The asking  your friends, colleagues and family

Is this just lie just a 'balancing' change of figures to show the desired statistics? Gov looks like keeping promises.


Does the Australian Government think they can cover the disillusionment up over the next few months holiday leave time? Has the Government thought what happens when people become aware that they have been duped with " Happy holidays, we thought you could use some time off, by the was your fired!"

Behind the smoke screen

In the early 1990's  the Australian Government made a big fuss over the Identity card. The public were whipped into screening debates.  The unions and interest groups pitched in.  The press had a field day. Sound familiar?

The Government used the known fact that people are serial and sequential in thought processes.  Until the people are distracted those with power looked like they had no / little social conscience.While people got onto this debate several major changes came into being  Multitasking can be done but the results become diminished if side tracked from focus. The hype took care of this, then came the next thing and people moved on.

While people got onto this debate several major changes came into being1 was the cash transactions act which after 10 years and 1 day popped its ugly head around the corner and stated I'm here folks. People had forgotten its exisatance. By that time there was nothing poeple could do to get rid of this law.


Lesson to be learned- To look under the smoke screens. Governments and big buiness's are hiding something. What would they be hiding with this smoke screen? Open your eyes, ask questions, let others know, don't keep quiet, have a voivce and when you do fnd 'that' out and let us all know.

Aged 7 at the time my Geat Gradfather died I never realised his impact until years later. This man would tell us stories from the old testament and Revolations as we dug the garden, milked the goat and went about our family visits.




Ministers within the then Pentacostal church [1973] held awareness discussions. Heck this is when I first saw the computer at a friends home. I was so scared of what this machine could possibly do.



In 1994 Swamy Acundinda made the statement that secrets were not secrets if anyone knew of them. I thought this strange that the statement was made at the time. And that given all that has happened to me I still remember this.



Then years later when I first met my husbands dad [1997] he had been in a military position since the second world war. Over time this man I grew to respect made comments re what he had seen, heard and done.



In 1998 I was sent my forst bankcard. Carboard it was. I hated the fact that one day I may need to rely on this piece of 'wood'.



Life has taken so many different roads but I still find it strange but these three mens situations had the same stories to tell. Do I look ahead to the fire around the rim [Great grandad] Watch out for Korea, even the Americian President Eieshower had secretes to hide. Not every thing that was believed should be treated os fact. There was too much behind the public view case that was an illusion. Great for secruity and peoples ignorant peace of mind. But that is what people wanted. Security. So they believed.



The computer has not changed people. People have been fed what they wanted. Now we have the computer and associated things acting as a channel and opening up minds that question, ask and demand the truth factors. Ugly and reasonable.

Knuckle down and just do it.

Multi tasking in training and assessment language means doing more than two things at one time... effectively and as efficiently as possible.   In cognitive psychology there is serial and parallel learning.  Passing through the serial learning to the parallel learning leads onto successful multitasking.  In turn these lead into foundation training for the time management skills to have gained competence for a life skill learned. Even IT has a Multi Tasking program.  One where you run one prorgram and do something else [ like play a game or check your emails while the computer defraggs] so that the first program does its thing.

Multi tasking is found in household management as well.  The direct example is when someone is gathering the clothes into laundry baskets while hunting for dishes to wash [ on the computer desk, under the bed, top of the book shelves]. Either way you are going to find the floor needs cleaning. The laundry gets sorted and the first load goes on.  The dishes have been gathered and are waiting to be washed.  Therefore this job has been started. Lunch will be prepared once the next load of washing goes through the machine and the dishes have been washed, dried and put away.  With the benches clean the lunch preparations can begin. before lunch is eaten the table will be cleared and the laundry put out to dry.  Multi-tasking boils down to job allocation within efficiently effective time management procedures. The perimaters of time management is a conceptual learning program where the 'manager' has benchmarks that they may choose to follow.  The methods used suit each individual 'time managers' skill levels or a needs annalysis is done and change occurs.
Serial learning occurs when learning one task at a time. The task may be broken down into steps by step learning.  For instance the gathering of toys as part of a game. Then lining the toys up and throwing the toy into the bucket.  Tipping the bucket into the toy box.Closing the toy box lid and going out side while the laundry is being hung out.   Serial learning allows for different steps having been learned at different times. In the example the looking for, gathering and throwing are three learned steps.  Joined together in a serial pattern allowing for the toys to be tipped into the toy box.  Added to this is the congratulations and show of 'A job well done ' approach [ie cheering].

The above example also allows for the gradual sequential connections between tasks to have numeral value in task completion pattern making. That is (a) occurs before (b) which occurs before (c) etc. It follows that when the steps of 'look - gather- aim - throw- tip and congratulate'  have occurred the task has been performed. The task steps then have meaning and direction planning has occurred in which the task is complete. Competency is gained through practicing that one task with both direct and intrinsic understanding. 

Parallel learning is the learning of how to combine two or more tasks, in synchronisation, while still completing more than one task at a time. Example of parelle learning can be cleaning the floor of toys, gathering laundry and collecting the dishes so that these jobs may be completed.

I am thinking that  paralle learning is not the same as multitasking.  Indeed that mutli-tasking consists of  both serial  and paralleled learning - begun in childhood and is taken into our adult lives, thus the skills go with us into the community, or jobs, further education, future relationships, family life patterns -something passed on to future generations through the successful use of time management.  Thus older youths may recognise that they have gained a subconscious knowledge basis level to be built upon, there is already in place multi tasking concepts, networks, systems and structures.  This knowledge is a large part of time management skills.

Be on the look out

The primary focus of asking people to share their travel pictures on the travel blog is to 'share places of interest from many peoples view point.'


The reasons:

a) I enjoy blogging when I have down time at work.

b) Naturally I cannot be everywhere, have eaten everything, watched as things grew, participated in shows, festivals or life's events.

c) Through work I meet a lot of overseas and out of state people.

d)  One thing naturally leads to another.  People travel with access  to local events and places off the beaten trace to go to.  If they are interested in fishing then the family can do other things like go to the nearest town and leave the fish to communicate with the hook all they like.  Family cames back either with fish and chips [prepaid at local take ways outlet!] or to AL La's natural fish on the BBQ or hot coals.

The common thread is 'what is there to see' . Either in Australia or overseas. Since I live in Gippsland the students, friends and relatives want to know where to go in Melbourne on their travels. To get out of the valley and explore. Or what to see when they are away in Cairns or Sydney.  On the other foot by sharing part of their homeland, or places of interest they prepare others for their trips abroad.

Then, I also meet a lot of people who are so close to going off the rails that they do not realise they could be locked into Victoria through the Justice system let alone be unable to leave [ more pointedly not be accepted into another country] when they get older due to 'a phases they were going through'. The proposal is to use the sight to show these individuals where people have been, seen, and are doing.

One objective of the above points is form a 'community' of people who want to share that there is a life out there. Things to see, do view or participate in. Boredom is a choice not a necessity of life. That being constantly boarded is a self harming aspect of what people consider life is.  Not a factual reality at all.  Life is what each of us make of it.  The network of support threads may at times passively provide a trigger point which quietly pulls others out of a negative downward vortex. [My soap box issues is community development participation]

The overall strategies

a) Simply to involve other peoples pictorial view of the world. What it was like then to what is happening to it now.

b) Through involving other people ( with coauthoring) a multifactitied approach is taken. The blog will not become one eyed and tunnel visioned.

c) Countries may have recognised boarders but people cope with human capital factors [ a mix of social frameworks, education, financial, religious, ethics, age and generational aspects towards life skills, approaches and so forth]. Utilizing Internet and multimedia opening the world of visual possibilities through a simple blog is a mind field of exploration.

d) Social sharing on networks opens blog up. Pictures shared equates to more people possibilities. The pictures that others take of your home town, country or events in the world as they are occurring trigger adventure while feeding the brains desire for knoweldege. Look at what the collaborative efforts of trying to brake the codes in the second world war have lead too. That is something you are taking full advantage of now.... a view point of your abilities and the world you are currently standing in with an education that is totally different from when your parents were shown how to use the abacus, slide rule and then wonder of wonders the calculator ( early seventies time period!)

All I do do is send you a coauthor invitation. You either accept of not this invitation. From this point you up load your pictures to the blogs memory. Write what you want to describe the picture [where it is, when taken [summer, winter, travel arrangements, although this may be part of a series of posts. In one day of Melbourne this is what I saw. List. Hyperlink to posts you place on. Note more than three photos, diagrams or maps  tends to confuse people[usually only one or two]  per post as peoples time span and attention span is limited to only a glance then maybe few minutes of reading time.

You save your post or publish it. The coauthors may do their own hyperlinks to other sites of interest as well.

The upside to coauthoring [Guest writing] is the positive answer " yes I have published works"  Yes I am a Guest writer of!  The knowledge that one step leads to another.  Use this opportunity as an inclusive first step.

Besides taking pictures myself  my back ground part in this will be hyperlinking to other posts. For instance the constant updating of the index's while hypelinking into other parell interest sites. [ ie what food, art and craft, community , change, camping and so forth.  This is not to say that I will be doing all the hyperlinking.  If something does not fit into over all focus aspect then I either ask you to place it in another appropriate blog [for instance a graffiti blog I know of or a art on the exterior one]

The light bulb went into overdrive.

Okay I seem to have got myself into a time management fix.  Things would have been easier if I could but:

•  Have started this project a few years ago -like when the Internet first started!!!-
•  I focused only on the one topic.
• Building up a viewer base
• Got this one topic done and went onto another new blog with a different focus
• Utilised the social networking sites.
• knew how to use the social networking sites properly.
• Had guest writers.. 

This last one has had me really stuck.  How does one get guest writers?

I then met an overseas student going back to their home.  I simply asked  if that person would share with me photos of places I might like to visit in a country I might never have the money to visit.  I later suggested that maybe if I invited them as a coauthor they could down load a pictures and write their own blurb directly onto the travel blog describing what the picture was about, the best time to see the place and a little about the places history. 

Well the first invitations have gone out to this person and a few more. It will be interesting to see what else happens and if this actually works.

Then I thought of all the people who cook and the different inforation and backgrounds that collectively we all have.  Would they too like to add photos, recipes, preparations for event and everything to do with food and it's preparation.

After that I got to think about gardening, household management and even Girl Guides things going on line once again. 

Okay simple as it sounds there maybe human factors to consider.  The one like yes well do this but we don't really want to, so we wont replay.  This decision is theirs to make.  However I would like to know up front and I would stop the query there.  However I know that if I could just keep asking I will one day get someone who follows through with a post and article.

I may then have to deal with shock at the on going outcomes.  But what a pleasure. Letting others share something that is free for them to do. while giving other the pleasure of sharing a load of focused, interlinked information on a gradually widening subject curve.  If all the readers and coauthors [guest writers] then share this information along their networks more people have the opportunity of learning something useful, challenging, informative and inclusive.

I'm into community development. For sustainable community development people have a need to be heard as well as all information to be present.


The use of my business name 'Clear Vision Enertprises' provides a reference focal point . Utilizing this platform type I encourage others to reach out with sustaining communities. Record what they see. People have a right to be heard. In short through the blog and social network mediums advocacy is being achieved. Like developing communities I have found that people are waking up to where they have been and what might be there next dawn.

When information is linked and people are able to find out what information goes where then those same people can be better informed. It is when people are better informed that they can make more appropriate judgements suitable for their own situation perceptions. Simple things like where to take a family out for the day, what to cook for a guest with a diet challenge, just what to do next in the garden, games to play, activities to do, what triggers a change in people, that they get up and travel, start to walk the family pet.

The problem is that history is a fickle thing. There one minute and past the next. All people within communities are effected and have an effect on others. However people are increasingly insular. Not

seeing what there is around them. Social networking is a great benefit as family units and individuals travel and move off. The belonging to some groups and interests may stay the same but the people involved and other distracting influences alter the belonging feelings. Other times just having some tie to a group or community will tied one over until new connections are in situ. Continuity is retained when people have recorded 'things' so that even when away from their presence people can reach back to those community ties.

Using a combination of bloggingg and social networking for future generations to see messages and thoughts of people, their actions, information and experiences make families and ties to history slightly less 'disposable'.

But the stories are left behind, forgotten about as something else starts to take over. Like people looking back where are the stories which used to be told at family gatherings, or around the kitchen tables. Communities are like families. New people move in. Community cultures change. Old ways that have worked may need to be altered... just the same as re birthing of communities at times need to occur. New judgements are made on who walks that pathway now as well as the conditions present . Decisions based on incorrect or not known histories.

So what better way to inform the people than to get many people using a method in which these stories are recorded

• Curiosity has had all the addresses placed on this service.
• The squiggly lines did not mean much ..
• Yes there are records of the number of subscribers to the site and views on the site recorded.
• Records of which host service carries the people who view the site are interesting.
• When it was found that there is a recorded of clicks associated with post addresses much cheering occurred.

• Blogger now has this service as well.

Money played an important part

Money . The ability to make and to stretch the available money was important.

The blog sites were a minimal registration cost.

•  Acknowledged is that the minimal may turn into a maximmum amount later on.

The ability to monetize each site was important.

• Fundraising for a local voluntary organisation.

Affordability

It was easier to promise to pay a minimal site fee per blog through out the weeks as re-registration became available than one lump sum.

Wordpress and Joomla

The experimental address is still ours2share.wordpress.com.

What was liked about wordpress.com was the crispness of the site. 

• The ability to easily change the face of the site. 
•  The  way and time factor of uploading the photos. 
• Being able to alter the photos as presented on the page.
• New methods offered by the three 'free' blogs available were updated.
• The 2008 financial crash occurred and money was scare.

These were similar to the Joomla Site.

What was different to the Joomla site was that the author felt like a degree of technical speak was needed.  It appeared that basic first step understanding were presumed to be known.  The instructions were written for a person who already knew instinctively the first steps through being totally familiar with the concept of computers, Internet and front page creations [making blogs].

Free blog sight.

Sppedweb offered a free site with their internet connection.  The author later found that the site was free for one year.  Then at a cost of $250.00 per year after that.

Onward with the lauch.

When the first blog was created for one of the support works that a member of Clear Vision Enterprises was voluntary working within.  One blog turned into two, then three and more until this person got the hang of remembering passwords and opening the actual blogs.

Gradually there were more blogs being opened with the generalised idea of not confusing the reader.  There was so many blogs getting made through three primary addresses. The author also had an offer of a free blog that could be an overall address for all the blogs. Clear explanations and set up occur ed. The author went back, communicated via email and phone.  Although minimal training was given previous learning and the current competencies of the other blog creations enabled the author to cross over the knowledge.  Using related knowledge the  blog grew.  However there were several overriding factors that lead to the termination of this sight.

For the creator of these blogs things were getting confused. Education into blog building was urgently needed. Thankfully there was training being offered through the Internet. One such course was by Tom Dona van who sends out teaching emails. Reading a teaching email the author found that the knowledge that each blog needed a focus was basic business knowledge.  Several things now clicked into place. If each blog needed a focus then there should be an overriding business strategy. This would mean having an inclusive vision, mission statement. Along with the associated objectives, strategies and so forth. So pen to paper these things are occurring [or connecting of brain impulses to key board!].  Further down the line the author realised that these were already through out the blogs. ie http://www.growinthings.net/ had a set of objectives.  and strategies. So too did several other blog sites.  But did all these official things met up with the main focus of what CVE4me actually was.That is did these all fit together under the umbrella of what CVE4me stood for? The answer actually was yes.  Just in many cases they were not individually formalised.
At this stage several merging incidents were externally having an impact on what actually CVE4me what path was to be taken by CVE4me in the future.

• New things were found and gradually used through out the blogs. But there were still some of the original challenges to be recognised and dealt with. 
•  Communication being one of these challenges.
• Who was CVE4me catering for.
• How were those involved with CVE4me reaching out and catering for their focal consumer groups?
• What challenges was CVE4me reacting to with what results.
• Were the change factors having a positive spin off?

Primary factors of change are still onwardly developing thus change is occurring, enabling growth potentials to move past the previous boundaries expected to be met. Reviews, evaluations involved further needs analysis that shape the time management and thus the journey of CVE4me.

Currently CVE4me is paused for outer space launches into many co-joining enterprises. Welcome aboard.  Let's travel together..

What and how I became who I am.

One of my challenges as I neared my half century was to become more technology minded, another was to get what I wanted heard out to other people, still another to share information. While I was working out how to do this I was tinkering away with the web.

Once I had discovered 'gmail' through another organisation suggesting I subscribe.I now really thank the young lady and also a mentor of mine for using GMail themselves as I found this system not complicated and pretty on the eye. When I felt like a change I stumbled on how and why answers. So a visual change occurred usually with little stress and also within a moment.

Next I discovered blogs. It took me a while to work out how to do these. That there was also more than just writing something and hitting the publish key. Simple things like remembering the passwords, which email belonged to what site was fun...until I wrote it down and printed the page off. now I have it stored in excel and regularly update and print off. A copy kept, would you believe, in a non-descript folder near by, in another locked room.

The Blogs through Gmail have so much going towards them. There are many ways to make them interesting. Other ways of making a living from them. Essentially there are two interlinking goals to achieve. one is to create traffic through the sites. The second is to have a strong regular updated reader basis which encourages other readers and in turn writers wanting to post to and through your sites. Readers making comments, rating and sharing of the posts, and pages on your blogs is a terrific readership increase. The more readers the bigger the hit flow. The more your message is seen, read, hear and referred back to.

Thus said, have you made comments on anything yet? Written anything you would like me to post for you yet. Even 200 words will start you off. You may have discovered it's easy to write a post and publish it. And that is where things stay. You have a low readership basis. You become discouraged.

Name a blog GMail / and the type of title you want your blog to have. At a later date when the traffic through you is enough for your blog to be seen and recognised by it's self (or when you tell me too) then I will export and import your blog onto your own site. Simple as that.

Meanwhile - Write what ever memories of early life and so forth. Then send them and I would love to do the linking to other sites etc. By budding up to an already known system (mine) is a way you get your name recognized by authorities in subjects!!!

Further have a 'nom de plume' Face book and twitter site that represents your business. As a lot of people have a personal and a business 'facebook', 'digg', 'twitter' etc site keeping things separate makes sense.

Almost every post that is finished (written, linked and so forth) then gets 'shared' around these sites. You are the author and the sharing goes through your name. There are other readers who may share your post through their systems, friends. Use your post as a reference for other information collateral systems.

It's not the writing that's the challenge. It's the filing, indexing and linking of the relevant information that I'm having fun with. Hence why I currently am enjoying the down time of running another small business from home. I can, and am, spending time doing this. Together we can grow and our voices be heard. This is a form of community development through a technology medium.

Apparently business pay a lot of money for people who can do this. So the sites I help with are an ongoing part of my resume.

Get a move on

With a vision you know what you want to do.  A mission broadly states how you will travel there. Strategies are the road you will travel on.  Objectives being the little things that you expect to see or do as you travel along.    So how do people get lost on route?

The short list is as follows

• procrastination
• pontification
• vagueness
• non belief
• inflexibility
• selfishness
• no timetable
• fear.

The only thing that anyone of us can rely on is our departure is not probable but a fact.  What we do in the mean time is up to each one of us to get started on... yesterday.

Being specific saves a lot of wasted energy.  Keep us all on the road we have chosen for our selves.  Allows for growth, change, communication and inclusion of others.  Does it really matter if they join you, you join them or there is a merging of the bandwagons along the journey.  Just get started. Learn by the mistakes.  Throw away the extra baggage. Travel lightly. Make the journey. Plan ahead.  Have fun.

• Essentially what those interested form are interest groups.
• The interest group pool into various managing groups.

Keep in mind that there are at least two sides to every statement. So tongue in cheek I post these statements: :

1. "Conditions do change therefore customs and belief systems have to change with them".
2. "Educating the public makes the society better.  Society becomes stagnant and dull.  Then revolution is inevitable"

Both these statements are true.  Governments are meant to be for the advocacy of the people.  But sometimes the money speaks.  Those in the money power financing the Government taxes.  Those tax's financing business through grants or programmed alignments.  Using the education networks to seduce, quietly manipulating the fresh minds of the population. 

Once there is a big enough population thinking the way the money and government want it to many things seamlessly occur.  The populations want to know there is a balance in their lives. That their voices are heard. That both the governing bodies and the general population will be active listeners.  That their own bandwagon is travelling along the same road as bigger bandwagons.  That their actions and the fact that they believe that being heard gives them governance. Who then still believes that life is fair?

However, like the elections of America, Great Brittan and Australia  (2008 to 2010)  the combined populations of the respected countries are upholding their right to have a mind, to use that mind and to choose which path they personally want to gain more information about before making a commitment.

Technology and the Internet allow for very few unexposed secrets.  So teach the young how to work collaboratively,  use the technology, let them think and evaluate their situations, Then how to question and look for the answers.  To get ahead, just like your were shown, still means don't rock the boat or the privileges will be taken. Intellectual bribery is acknowledged. But not shown to all is how to deal with this facet of life.

Having enabled our societies to have throw away families that one walks away from now work on now to instill an ethical set of morals. One with an individual as well as a collective conscience.  People still what some of what their forbears had.  Without the past links there to be handed down, practiced, worked with and passed on again many of the skills that made populations resistant and able to individually, or in small groups, survive, live pleasantly,  have and will continue to be lost.  Simply put people want to apply the good from all worlds and generations.  Nature is a big enough challenge without stressing about which of our beliefs were fed to each of us so that our decision were making the governments objectives easier to cover up.  Are we that gullible?

Developing a social conscience

Humans have an amazing power to help or hurt one another. A pivotal point of either action or a reaction to situations depends largely on the individual exposure to early, continued and reinforced actions. Not forgetting howe and to who we all communicate with. Simply as the people of the world today are growing in caring and sharing our world and human resources their is a perceivable difference being exhibited. Or " is the Social Conscience of today a manipulation to cover up facts for tomorrow?"

 There are three Governments elections that show this step has been taken.  The American voted for Obama, the British Parliament and now the Australian Election [2010] looks like a hang parliament.  The Greens are effectively holding the balance Current e of power. 

A first out come of advocacy and governance being purportedly being given back to the people.  Noted that there are now a lot more of the younger generations having a say. These younger generations have had enough education and practice to understand and utilise the advocacy and governance processes through their education, social media, technological and network frameworks. Through out their lives these actions are accepted as normal. Now outdated bench marks have been there all their lives.  Are mentors being lead in what to think about, how to think and where to direct your developing mind... away from core community development capital factors? Are you being guided and lead  by being active listeners?

 The Internet and other hosting technologies have made the accessing of information easier to obtain. Conversely making the information harder to cover up.  Where does this leave social conscience.  No longer thought of as fringe thinking.  Major environmental, social and economical objectives are being strategized.  People are having a say. 

Take for instance

• The 2010 Gulf 's oil spill from a B.P. oil well  was a real life catalyst forcing many world wide radical changes in the economic requirements for harnessing the worlds supplies. Environmental dangers have become real with people taking note and re looking at what they too are doing  
• Great Britain's Parliament is taking wind farming to the people.  New technology and economic crashes are forcing companies to re-think their bottom line.  These same companies are slowly learning the hard way.... through their pockets, that the population of the world will not tolerate abusiveness, and bulling tactics that keep the people scared and unresponsive to requests for help.  
• Through education at many levels people have the choice to be well informed.  These same people are completing school projects in the humanities field that take them out of their comfort zones and place them in a situation where other learned skills will be applied.   Voluntary organisations have focused on service within communities.  These same organisations have appealed to the World organisation. 
• With voting rights and mass influence the network of support and influence has snowballed.  Take for instance the Duke of Edinburgh award of the Girl Guides Olave Baden Powell Award {Australia} these are optional extras that appeal to some people offering a wide range of personal interest  projects  Different Royal family have supported these changes.  Super stars, Governments and large companies have plowed monies back into these and other similar social conscience developing projects.  So much so that their followers have heightened their own life skills and experiences to be part of the same  thought patterns turn into action strategies and occurrences.

Gaining a social conscience is a good thing.  Not questioning what one is shown, taught, thinks and is empowered to do is something that paternal influences within societies development that is quietly encouraged.  Thus there is negative and positive social conscience developing.  The difference between the two depends on your belief system and which side of the political fence you are standing at that moment in time.  The haves or have nots of a particular governing view.
